Park Place is now completed, and residents are getting settled into the buildings. Purchasers are saying they love the high-end finishes and amenities, 16 hour concierge service, and the convenient location that Park Place affords—steps to Surrey’s SFU Campus, Central City Mall, and transportation to Downtown Vancouver. We are in the process of leasing up our commercial space, with a few shops and restaurants on the horizon—we are working on the leases as we speak!

There are still about 20 suites remaining at Park Place. We are sold out of our one bedroom floorplans, but there are still some great two bedroom suites available for purchase.
